The arbitrator’s award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction.     Shipping Policy
    All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow 3-4 weeks for all orders to be produced and shipped. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
    Shipping charges for your order will be free by default, unless bulk order is arranged that depends on the quantity.
    Delivery delays can occasionally occur with carriers due to mitigating circumstances such as weather or unusual shipping volumes.

    Return Policy
    At Innovative Safety Strategies our goal is to provide accurate details about our product to ensure that you always select the right one for your needs. However, on occasion you receive a product that does not work for you, we offer return products with a minimum of 20% of the purchase price as a restocking fee within 30 days of delivery.
    If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must Contact Us and submit a Return Authorization Request prior so we can provide you a return request code. Once the request for return or exchange has been received by Innovative Safety Strategies, and compliance to this Return Policy is determined, a code number will be issued and Innovative Safety Strategies will facilitate and advise on how to complete returning the product.

    The Policy
    They must be returned at the customer's expense in their original packaging and meet the following conditions:
    •	Authorization for return must be requested from Innovative Safety Strategies within 30 days of delivery of the product.
    •	New condition - no dirty products will be accepted, scratched, or damaged.
    •	Must be returned in its original packaging including intact shipping label and product codes that did come with it.

    For hygienic reasons, the following products are non-returnable*:

    •	Due to health regulations, sanitary and safety concerns, merchandise that has come into direct contact with the human body or has been worn cannot be returned or exchanged. Make sure you have the right size and item you need before ordering.
    
    Shipping Return
    Unless Innovative Safety Strategies made an error, return freight is the customer's responsibility. We highly recommend insuring larger items for their retail value to protect against shipping damage.
    Please be sure to carefully follow all return-shipping instructions that we provide for you. If an item is returned to the wrong address, Innovative Safety Strategies reserves the right to charge for any additional shipping fees associated with shipping the item to the correct location. In addition, if a scheduled pickup with a delivery carrier is missed, Innovative Safety Strategies may institute a $10 fee per missed scheduled pickup.
    
    Order Cancellation
    Cancelled orders after the item has shipped are subject and considered as The Policy you must accept delivery and proceed with return procedure stated above. In the event delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 25% restocking fee with minimum $25 will apply. Second-Day and Next-Day shipping costs will not be credited if delivery is refused.
    
    The Credits
    Once Innovative Safety Strategies received your return, we will issue a credit to the credit card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your credit to reflect on your account. If you paid by check or money order, we will issue a check within 30 days.
    
    Changes to Terms
    Innovative Safety Strategies reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which the Site is offered.
